InLine označovacie pásky na káble 200 mm x 4,8 mm, nylon, 100 ks, prírodná

InLine Marker Ties are nylon cable ties measuring 200 mm in length and 4.8 mm in width, supplied in a pack of 100 pieces in a natural (white) color. Each tie includes an integrated marking field (27 mm x 13 mm) that enables clear labelling of cables, hoses or small pipes. Made from polyamide 6.6, these ties feature internal teeth and a standard locking head for secure bundling and reliable retention in general electrical, household and industrial cable management tasks. The design allows fast installation by hand or with common auxiliary tools and meets relevant ISO EN62275 standards for cable ties.

Advantages

Durable polyamide construction offers resistance to seawater, oil and grease while maintaining tensile strength and dimensional stability. The internal toothed locking mechanism provides a secure hold that resists slipping under tension. An integrated marking field lets you identify and organise multiple runs without additional labels. The 200 x 4.8 mm format balances reach and strength for common wiring and bundling jobs, and the pack of 100 supports both small projects and regular maintenance needs.

Suitable for

• Bundling electrical cables and wiring runs
• Securing hoses, small pipes and tubing
• Labelled cable management in server rooms, workshops and industrial panels
• Household organisation and DIY installations
• Temporary or permanent fixing where corrosion-resistant ties are required

Key specifications

• Material: polyamide (nylon, PA 6.6)
• Length: 200 mm
• Width: 4.8 mm
• Marking field size: 27 mm x 13 mm
• Locking: internal toothed head for reliable retention
• Colour: natural / white
• Pack quantity: 100 pieces
• Standard compliance: ISO EN62275

How to use

Wrap the cable tie around the bundle so the tail passes through the locking head, then pull the tail to tighten until the required grip is achieved. For labelled runs, write identification information onto the integrated marking field before or after installation using a suitable indelible marker. For consistent tensioning and a cleaner finish, optional hand tools or tensioning devices can be used. Do not overtighten on soft insulation to avoid deformation of cables.

Recommendations

Store ties in a closed bag and protect from direct sunlight and excessive heat to prevent desiccation and loss of mechanical properties. Avoid prolonged exposure to strong UV without additional protection. For applications in prolonged outdoor exposure or extreme chemical environments, verify compatibility or consider specialised UV-stabilised or chemically resistant alternatives.
