InLine RCA kovový konektor na spájkovanie, čierny, červený krúžok, pre 6-mm kábel

The InLine RCA Metal Male Plug for Soldering InLine 99110Q is a solder-in RCA connector designed for creating custom audio and video cables using 6 mm coaxial cable. It has a black body with a red ring and gold-plated contacts to ensure stable signal transmission and corrosion resistance. The connector is supplied in a polybag and is intended for durable, reliable AV connections.

Advantages

Gold-plated contacts improve conductivity and reduce oxidation. The metal housing provides mechanical strength and enhanced shielding. Designed specifically for soldering, the plug supports secure electrical and mechanical joints with 6 mm coaxial cable. Compact design and standard RCA form factor ensure compatibility with common AV equipment.

Suitable for

• Repairing or building audio cables
• Repairing or building composite video cables
• Custom AV cable assemblies for home or professional use
• Soldered connections where durable mechanical and electrical contact is required

How to use

Strip the 6 mm coaxial cable to expose the centre conductor and outer shield according to the connector's solder points. Tin the exposed conductors with solder. Insert the conductors into the corresponding solder terminals of the RCA plug and solder securely, taking care to avoid cold joints. Reassemble the metal housing and ensure the cable is held firmly by any built-in strain relief before final installation.

Recommendations

Use appropriate soldering tools and safety precautions. Verify polarity and signal connections before applying power or connecting to sensitive equipment. For best performance, use cables and soldering methods appropriate for audio/video applications and avoid excessive heat that could damage the connector plating or insulation.
