InLine U.2 pripojovací kábel, SSD s U.2 (SFF-8639) na SFF-8643 + napájanie, 0,5 m

This InLine U.2 connection cable is intended to connect NVMe SSDs with a U.2 (SFF-8639) connector to a host or controller with an SFF-8643 port. The cable includes a SATA 15‑pin power connector to supply power to the SSD and has a length of 0.5 m. It is supplied in a polybag and is designed for internal PC installations where a short, reliable data and power connection is required.

Advantages

The cable supports direct connection between U.2 (SFF-8639) NVMe drives and SFF-8643 host interfaces while providing power via a SATA 15‑pin connector. Its 0.5 m length is suitable for tidy internal routing inside PC cases and server enclosures. The black jacket provides a discreet appearance and the single‑unit polybag packaging simplifies storage and inventory.

Suitable for

• Connecting internal NVMe U.2 (SFF-8639) SSDs to motherboards or RAID/HBA cards with SFF-8643 ports
• Short internal cable runs in desktops, workstations, and servers
• Systems requiring a combined data and power connection for U.2 SSDs

How to use

Power off the system before installation. Connect the U.2 (SFF-8639) end of the cable to the NVMe SSD and the SFF-8643 end to the host port on the motherboard or HBA/RAID card. Attach the SATA 15‑pin power connector to an available SATA power cable from the power supply to provide power to the drive. Secure cables to avoid strain on connectors and confirm that the drive is detected in BIOS/UEFI or the operating system after powering on.

Recommendations

Use this cable for short, internal connections only; avoid bending the cable sharply near the connectors and ensure compatible SFF-8639/SFF-8643 interfaces on both devices before installation.
