InLine viazacie pásky 250 mm × 3,6 mm čierne, pevnosť v ťahu 176,5 N – 100 ks

InLine cable ties, 250 mm × 3.6 mm in black, pack of 100, are multipurpose nylon fasteners designed for bundling and securing cables, hoses and small parts. Manufactured from polyamide 6.6, these cable ties provide a tensile strength of 176.5 N and operate reliably in a temperature range from −20 to 85 °C. The internal teeth locking mechanism ensures secure fixation, while chemical resistance to sea water, oil and grease makes them suitable for various indoor and light workshop environments.

Advantages

These InLine cable ties combine a medium holding force with compact dimensions, allowing neat and reliable cable management in confined spaces. The polyamide 6.6 construction offers good mechanical strength and resistance to common contaminants such as oil and salt water. They can be applied quickly by hand or with standard cable tie tools, and their black color provides discreet appearance and additional UV resistance compared with natural nylon in typical indoor use.

How to use

Thread the tail of the cable tie through the head until the internal teeth engage, then pull the tail to tighten around the cable bundle or object. Tighten by hand until secure; for consistent or higher tension, use a manual or battery-operated cable tie tool set to the desired tension. Trim excess tail close to the head with flush cutters for a neat finish. Avoid over-tightening that could damage cables or hoses.

Recommendations

Store the cable ties in a closed bag and keep them away from direct sunlight and direct heat sources such as radiators to prevent drying and embrittlement during prolonged storage. Use these cable ties indoors or in sheltered locations; for prolonged outdoor UV exposure or extreme temperatures, consider products specifically rated for outdoor or UV-stabilized use. Follow standard installation practices and relevant safety standards when bundling electrical cables.
