InLine zmršťovacia bužírka 200 mm, zmrštenie 2 mm → 1 mm, 20 ks, čierna

Heat-shrink tubing InLine 200 mm, shrink ratio 2 mm → 1 mm, 20 pcs, black is a set of polyolefin heat-shrink sleeves intended for electrical insulation and mechanical protection of wiring and soldered joints. Each tube measures 200 mm before shrinking and reduces from approximately 2 mm outer diameter to about 1 mm after heat application, offering a compact, protective covering for thin cables, jumper wires and exposed connection points in electronics and automotive repairs.

Advantages

These black heat-shrink tubes provide reliable electrical insulation and basic mechanical strain relief while maintaining a slim profile after shrinking. The polyolefin material resists common environmental factors such as light abrasion and moderate temperature changes, and the uniform shrink ratio ensures predictable fit on small-diameter conductors. Supplied as a set of 20 pieces, they are convenient for repeated repairs or harnessing tasks.

Suitable for

• Insulating solder joints and wire splices
• Protecting thin wires in electronic assemblies
• Repairing automotive sensor or signal wiring
• Organizing jumper wires and small harnesses

Key specifications

• Material: polyolefin heat-shrink tubing
• Pre-shrink length: 200 mm per tube
• Nominal shrink ratio: from 2 mm outer diameter to 1 mm outer diameter
• Color: black
• Quantity: 20 pieces

How to use

Cut a tube to the required length and slide it over the wire or connection before soldering when possible. After completing the electrical joint, position the tubing to cover the exposed area. Apply heat evenly along the tubing using a heat gun, lighter or hot-air tool at a safe distance until the tube contracts to its final diameter and conforms to the underlying shape. Allow the tubing to cool before handling to ensure a secure, insulated finish.

Recommendations

For a reliable result, use a controlled heat source such as a low-temperature heat gun and avoid direct flame contact to prevent burning the tubing or damaging nearby insulation. Confirm that the tubing diameter and shrink ratio are appropriate for the wire thickness; if stronger mechanical protection or water resistance is required, consider using adhesive-lined or larger-diameter heat-shrink variants.
