Intellinet 19" kryt na káble, 1U, so štetcovou vložkou, čierny

The Intellinet 19" 1U Cable Entry Panel with brush insert is a rack-mounted cable management accessory designed for organized cable routing in server rooms and network cabinets. Its 1U height and 48.3 cm width match standard 19" rack layouts, while the black steel housing and integrated brush insert allow cables to pass through the panel cleanly, reducing visible clutter and protecting cable jackets at the entry point. The shallow 15 mm depth and lightweight 0.24 kg construction make it suitable for installation in dense rack configurations where space efficiency matters.

Advantages

The panel provides a neat transition point between external cabling and internal rack wiring while the brush insert minimizes dust entry and limits movement of cables. Its black finish blends with common rack equipment, offering a uniform appearance. The compact 1U form factor conserves rack space and the steel construction delivers basic mechanical durability for reliable use in data centers and network closets.

Suitable for

• Organizing network and patch cables entering 19" server racks
• Use in data centers, telecommunications rooms and small server cabinets
• Maintaining a clean rack front/side appearance while allowing frequent cable changes

Key specifications

• Form factor: 1U for 19" racks
• Width: 48.3 cm (compatible with standard 19" mounting)
• Depth: 15 mm
• Material: steel housing
• Finish: black
• Weight: 0.24 kg
• Feature: brush insert for cable pass-through

How to use

Mount the panel into a spare 1U position in a 19" rack using appropriate rack screws. Route cables through the brush insert to create a protected entry point; the bristles conform around cables of varying diameters to limit abrasion. Arrange and secure cables inside the rack using cable ties or other cable management hardware as needed. The shallow depth permits installation in racks with limited rear clearance, but ensure sufficient space behind the panel for cable routing.

Recommendations

For best results, group cables by type before passing them through the brush insert and avoid overfilling the opening to maintain brush effectiveness. Periodically inspect the bristles for wear and clean accumulated dust to preserve airflow and cable protection.
