Intellinet 5-portový Gigabit Ethernet PoE+ switch, 4 x PSE porty, IEEE 802.3at/af Power over Ethernet (PoE+/PoE) kompatibilný, 60 W, desktop

The Intellinet 5-Port Gigabit Ethernet PoE+ 60W switch provides five Gigabit RJ-45 ports, four of which deliver PoE+ (PSE) power following IEEE 802.3at/af standards. With an unmanaged design and a total PoE budget of 60 watts, the switch supplies data and electrical power over standard Cat5e/Cat6 cables to devices such as wireless access points, VoIP phones and IP cameras while supporting network speeds up to 1000 Mbps.

Advantages

This switch reduces installation time and the need for separate power wiring by supplying up to 30 W per PoE port (average distribution 15 W per port) and supporting mixed PoE and non‑PoE devices. Built‑in protections guard against short circuit, overload and high voltage. Energy‑efficient IEEE 802.3az (Green Ethernet) functionality detects link status and reduces power to unused ports, while automatic cable‑length based power adjustment helps optimise energy use.

Suitable for

• Powering wireless LAN access points and bridges
• Supplying VoIP phones in office or remote deployments
• Feeding power to IP video cameras and other security devices
• Small office or branch networks requiring unmanaged plug‑and‑play switches

How to use

Install the switch on a flat surface or in an equipment rack with adequate ventilation. Connect the switch to your network via the uplink Gigabit port and plug PoE‑capable devices into the PoE ports using Cat5e or Cat6 cables. Devices compliant with IEEE 802.3af/at will receive power automatically without additional power supplies. For non‑PoE devices, use the remaining ports for data only. Ensure the total PoE power draw of connected devices does not exceed the 60 W budget.

Recommendations

Place the switch away from heat sources, keep ventilation clear, and use quality Cat5e/Cat6 cabling. Calculate combined PoE power requirements of connected devices to avoid exceeding the 60 W total budget; if a single device requires the maximum 30 W, verify remaining ports have sufficient power for other devices.
