Intellinet 8-port Fast Ethernet switch desktop veľkosť, plast, IEEE 802.3az (Energy Efficient Ethernet), čierna

The Intellinet 561730 is an 8‑port Fast Ethernet switch that expands wired networks at speeds up to 100 Mbps. Compact and compatible with any operating system, it connects computers, servers, printers and other Ethernet devices via eight RJ‑45 ports supporting 10/100 Mbps and full‑duplex operation. The switch complies with IEEE networking standards and includes energy‑saving Green Ethernet features for reduced power consumption.

Advantages

The switch provides a simple, plug‑and‑play installation with auto MDI/MDIX and auto negotiation, eliminating manual configuration for most setups. With a switching capacity of 1.6 Gbit/s and a MAC address table of 1000 entries it delivers reliable data forwarding for small and medium networks. Built to standard IEEE protocols and finished in a compact black housing, it combines basic managed‑class performance with low power use thanks to IEEE 802.3az support.

Suitable for

• Home office networks
• Small business network expansion
• Connecting printers, NAS, IP cameras or access points
• Temporary network setups for events or testing

How to use

Place the switch on a flat, ventilated surface near your network equipment. Connect power and use standard Ethernet cables to link devices to the RJ‑45 ports. The device uses auto negotiation and auto MDI/MDIX so connected devices will normally establish the correct speed and duplex settings automatically. No additional drivers are required; the switch operates transparently with any operating system.

Recommendations

For best performance, connect high‑traffic devices to separate ports and avoid stacking multiple switches without using appropriate uplink or aggregation methods; ensure adequate ventilation and keep the switch away from heat sources. Use Cat5e or better cables to achieve stable 100 Mbps links.
