IP kamera Hikvision DS-2CD2667G3-LIZS2UY/SRB s 2,8–12 mm varifokálnym objektívom

The Hikvision IP camera DS-2CD2667G3-LIZS2UY/SRB with a 2.8–12 mm varifocal lens is a network surveillance camera designed for continuous video monitoring with an adjustable field of view. The camera supports IP connectivity and is intended for both indoor and outdoor use where flexible framing and focal length adjustments are required. Its varifocal lens allows tailoring of the scene coverage from wide-angle to telephoto perspectives without changing the camera unit.

Advantages

This model provides flexible optical control through the 2.8–12 mm varifocal lens, enabling precise framing for different distances and scene sizes. Built for network deployment, it integrates with IP-based recording and monitoring systems and supports stable, long-term surveillance. The camera is suitable for environments that need adaptable coverage, offering a balance between wide-area views and detailed zoomed-in images while maintaining a compact housing compatible with typical installation points.

Suitable for

• Indoor and outdoor CCTV installations requiring adjustable field of view
• Perimeter and property monitoring where variable focal length is needed
• Retail, office, and residential surveillance systems with mixed coverage requirements
• Areas where a single camera must cover both wide scenes and distant subjects

Key specifications

• Optics: varifocal lens with 2.8–12 mm focal length range for adjustable viewing angles
• Interface: network (IP) connectivity for integration with NVRs and VMS platforms
• Installation: suitable for indoor and outdoor mounting with compact form factor
• Use case: designed for continuous video monitoring and perimeter surveillance

How to use

Install the camera in a location that provides the desired coverage and access to a network connection. Adjust the 2.8–12 mm lens to set the appropriate field of view for the monitored area, changing from wide-angle to narrower views as required. Connect the camera to an IP network and configure it using compatible network video recorder (NVR) software or video management system (VMS). Verify image framing, focus, and exposure settings after installation to ensure reliable detection and recording.

Recommendations

For optimal results, mount the camera at a height and angle that minimizes obstructions and provides the intended scene coverage. Use a stable network connection and configure recording parameters and motion detection zones in the VMS to reduce false alarms. When deploying outdoors, ensure appropriate weatherproof mounting and periodic lens cleaning to maintain image quality.
