Irix Edge ND8 95mm neutrálny hustotný filter

Bright light can ruin a long exposure, washing out skies and turning silky water into a white blur. The Irix Edge ND8 95mm filter cuts light by three stops, giving you control to slow the shutter, widen the aperture, or both—without changing colour. It is the simple fix for motion blur and shallow depth of field in harsh conditions.

Who is it for

Landscape photographers chasing soft waterfalls and streaky clouds, portrait shooters who want f/1.4 in daylight, and videographers needing a 180-degree shutter under the sun. If your lens has a 95mm thread, this filter fits straight on.

Main features

• Neutral density ND8 filter: reduces light by 3 stops (0.9 density) for long exposures and wide apertures.
• Super Resistant optical glass with multi-layer NANO coating: anti-reflective, hydrophobic, and oleophobic for sharp, clean images.
• Ultra-slim anodized aluminium frame: minimises vignetting on wide-angle lenses and stays durable.
• True colour neutrality: no colour shift, so your whites stay white and your skies stay blue.
• Scratch-resistant and easy to clean: water and oil repel from the surface, keeping maintenance simple.

Tips

For silky water, start with a shutter speed of 1–2 seconds and adjust from there. Use a tripod and remote release to avoid camera shake, and always check your histogram—ND filters can trick your meter. When stacking filters, place this one closest to the lens to reduce reflections.
