How to use

Connect the DVI‑D end of the cable to the source device (for example a computer or media player) and plug the HDMI end into the display, projector or recorder. Ensure both devices are powered off or that their settings allow hot‑plug detection before connecting. After connection, power on the devices and select the appropriate input on the display if necessary.

Recommendations

For best results, keep the cable run short and avoid tightly bending the cable near the connectors. If audio is required and the DVI source does not carry audio, provide a separate audio connection between source and display or use a device that supports audio embedding.
