Kábel RJ45 - ShiverPeaks BASIC-S 1,5 m

The ShiverPeaks BASIC-S RJ45 cable 1.5m provides a straightforward solution for wired network connections. With RJ45 connectors at both ends and a 1.5 meter length, this cable is designed to deliver reliable, stable data transfer for home and office networking tasks. It connects routers, switches, computers and other Ethernet-capable devices to maintain a consistent wired connection.

Advantages

This RJ45 cable offers consistent signal transmission and reduced interference compared with wireless connections, ensuring stable data throughput for everyday networking. The 1.5m length balances reach and tidiness, making it easy to route between devices without excess slack. Durable connector housings and cable sheath construction support repeated plugging and extended use in typical home and office environments.

Suitable for

• Connecting a router to a modem or switch
• Direct Ethernet connection between a computer and a router or switch
• Linking network devices in a small office or home workstation
• Temporary or permanent cabling for network troubleshooting and setup

Key specifications

• Cable type: RJ45 Ethernet cable with standard 8P8C connectors
• Length: 1.5 m
• Conductor and shielding: designed for reliable signal transmission (unshielded or shielded variants depend on specific SKU)
• Typical use: Ethernet networking (suitable for 10/100/1000 Mbps networks, depending on installation and equipment)
• Connector material: molded connector housings for strain relief and durability

How to use

Plug one RJ45 connector into the Ethernet port of your router, switch or modem and the other connector into the Ethernet port of your computer or network device. Ensure connectors click into place to confirm a secure connection. For best performance, avoid sharp bends or kinks in the cable and keep it away from sources of strong electromagnetic interference, such as large transformers or unshielded power cables.

Recommendations

Position the cable so it is not pinched by furniture or doors and use cable clips or ties to maintain a neat installation. For gigabit networking, verify both connected devices support the desired speed and use appropriate network configuration. Replace the cable if connectors become loose or the sheath shows visible damage.
