Sada káblových viazačov Kolink KL-CT-45200, 4,5 mm x 200 mm, 100 ks, čierna

Kolink KL-CT-45200 cable ties set contains 100 black nylon ties measuring 4.5 mm x 200 mm designed for bundling, fastening and organizing cables, hoses and small components. The self-locking design ensures a secure hold without tools, while the compact medium-duty dimensions make these ties suitable for electrical installations, server racks, workshop tasks and general home cable management.

Advantages

These cable ties are made from durable nylon that resists wear and provides stable clamping strength for medium-duty applications. The self-locking head offers quick and reliable fastening and prevents loosening under normal load. Black coloration reduces visual clutter and is suitable for professional installations. The set format of 100 pieces supplies enough ties for multiple projects and routine maintenance tasks.

Suitable for

• Grouping and routing power and data cables in server racks and network cabinets
• Securing wiring and harnesses in electrical installations and control panels
• Organizing cables, hoses and tubing in workshops, garages and home offices
• Temporary or semi-permanent fastening of small components and assemblies

Key specifications

• Material: nylon (polyamide)
• Color: black
• Width: 4.5 mm
• Length: 200 mm
• Quantity: 100 pieces per set
• Locking type: self-locking ratchet head
• Application strength: medium-duty cable management

How to use

Wrap a cable tie around the items to be bundled, insert the tail through the locking head, and pull the tail to the required tension until the ratchet engages. Trim any excess tail for a neat finish. For repeated adjustments, cut the tie and replace with a new one as these are intended for single-use locking; use appropriate cutting tools to avoid damaging bundled cables or surrounding surfaces.

Recommendations

For best results, select a tie length and width suitable for the bundle diameter and expected load. Avoid exposing nylon ties to prolonged UV or extreme chemical environments that can degrade the material; if outdoor or high-UV exposure is expected, consider UV-stabilized alternatives. When securing sensitive cables or piping, do not overtighten to prevent deformation or signal interference.
