Nylon cable ties InLine 100 mm x 2.5 mm in white are supplied in a practical pack of 1,000 pieces. Made from polyamide 6.6, these cable ties are designed for reliable bundling and securing of cables, hoses and small items in electrical installations, workshops and general cable management tasks. The internal serration provides a secure hold and the ties can be fastened quickly by hand or with simple tools. They resist seawater, oils and greases, making them suitable for a variety of indoor and sheltered outdoor applications.

Advantages

These cable ties combine compact dimensions with a tensile strength of 78.5 N, offering a dependable fastening solution for light to medium bundling tasks. The polyamide material ensures chemical resistance and good mechanical performance, while the internal tooth design prevents slippage after installation. The neutral white colour supports discreet installation in visible areas and the bulk pack of 1,000 pieces is economical for repeated use and large projects.

Key specifications

• Material: polyamide (nylon, PA 6.6)
• Length: 100 mm
• Width: 2.5 mm
• Colour: white
• Tensile strength: 78.5 N
• Pack quantity: 1000 pieces

How to use

Wrap the cable tie around the items to be secured, insert the tapered end through the head and pull until the desired tightness is reached. For a consistent closure force and a clean finish, use a manual or ratchet cable tie tool to tension and cut the excess tail. Avoid over-tightening fragile cables; ensure that fibre optic or delicate insulated conductors are protected with cushioning or sleeving if necessary. After installation, trim any remaining tail flush with the head to reduce snagging.

Recommendations

Store the cable ties in a closed bag and keep them away from direct sunlight and direct heat sources such as radiators to prevent drying during prolonged storage. Use the ties indoors or in sheltered outdoor locations; for prolonged UV exposure or extreme environments, consider specially formulated UV-stabilised ties.
