The DeLOCK 60275 cable gland is a single-piece metallic brass fitting designed to create a watertight seal where cables or electrical tubes pass through an enclosure. Made from brass with a metallic finish, it provides a reliable, corrosion-resistant barrier to protect cable entries in various equipment housings.

Advantages

Constructed from durable brass, the cable gland offers resistance to corrosion and mechanical wear. Its single-piece design simplifies installation and ensures a secure fit, reducing the risk of water ingress at cable entry points. The metallic colour provides a neutral appearance that suits many industrial and commercial applications.

Suitable for

• Sealing cable or tube lead-throughs in electrical enclosures
• Industrial equipment and control cabinets
• Outdoor junction boxes and machinery requiring water-resistant cable entries

Pass the cable or electrical tube through the gland and tighten as required to form a watertight seal. Ensure compatibility between the gland thread or mounting type and the enclosure opening before installation.

Recommendations

Verify the hole size and thread compatibility with the DeLOCK 60275 cable gland prior to fitting. For optimal sealing, inspect the gland and cable for damage and tighten to the manufacturer’s recommended torque where applicable. Use in environments within the material’s corrosion tolerance and avoid exposure to incompatible chemicals.
