The DeLOCK 18777 stainless steel cable ties are designed for space-saving bundling and secure fastening of individual cables, wires and tubes. Made of steel with a bright red finish, these 200 mm long ties combine high tensile strength and corrosion resistance for reliable long-term use. The pack contains 10 pieces suitable for a variety of cable management tasks where visibility and robustness are required.

Advantages

These steel cable ties offer high heat resistance, strong tensile strength and good corrosion resistance. Their red colour improves visibility for identification and routing. A self-locking ball lock ensures a secure hold and simple installation without additional fastening elements.

Suitable for

• Bundling single cables and wires
• Securing tubes and hoses
• Industrial and outdoor cable management where corrosion resistance is needed
• Applications requiring visible colour-coded ties

How to use

Insert the tail of the cable tie through the self-locking ball lock and tighten it around the bundle until the desired tension is reached. Trim any excess tail to reduce snagging. For repetitive or heavy-duty installations, use an appropriate stainless steel cable tie installation tool to achieve consistent tension and a clean cut.

Recommendations

For optimal performance in corrosive or high-temperature environments, verify compatibility with the specific chemicals and temperatures encountered in your application. Use a dedicated stainless steel installation tool for uniform tension and to avoid damage to the tie or bundled items.
