Káblová spona FISCHER UBN 4,8 x 350 mm, nylon, dĺžka 350 mm, šírka 4,8 mm

FISCHER UBN 4.8 x 350 cable tie is a nylon fastening strap designed for bundling and securing cables, hoses and pipes. With a length of 350 mm and a width of 4.8 mm, it provides a compact solution for organizing wiring and small-diameter conduits in installations, maintenance and assembly applications. The nylon construction offers resistance to abrasion and ensures stable clamping in indoor and protected outdoor environments where aggressive chemicals are not present.

Advantages

The cable tie combines a narrow profile and sufficient length to secure multiple conductors or small hose assemblies without occupying much space. Nylon material delivers tensile strength and flexibility for repeated handling during installation. A one-way locking head ensures quick and secure fastening while the smooth surface reduces abrasion on insulated cables.

Suitable for

• Electrical cable management in control cabinets and junction boxes
• Bundling hoses and small pipes in mechanical assemblies
• Temporary or permanent fastening during installation and maintenance
• Organizing cables behind equipment, racks and panels

Key specifications

• Material: nylon
• Length: 350 mm
• Width: 4.8 mm
• Nominal cross-section suitable for small to medium cable bundles
• One-way locking mechanism for secure hold
• Surface: smooth to minimize abrasion
• Intended use: indoor and protected outdoor applications with limited chemical exposure

How to use

Pass the tail of the cable tie through the head until the strap seats and tighten to the required grip around the bundle. Adjust tension to secure cables or hoses without compressing or damaging insulation. Trim excess tail close to the head using cutting tools to leave a neat finish. Install in locations protected from strong UV, solvents or aggressive chemicals when prolonged outdoor exposure is expected.

Recommendations

Choose an appropriate bundle diameter to avoid over-tightening; for critical applications, verify compatibility of nylon with any nearby chemicals or high-temperature sources. For outdoor or high-UV environments use specifically rated ties.
