Káblová svorka Fischer BSM 50 hliník

The Fischer BSM 50 Aluminium cable clamp is a robust metal clamp designed to fasten and route cable bundles with a maximum diameter of 25 mm. Manufactured from aluminium, this clamp combines corrosion resistance with stable mechanical strength to keep electrical, audio/video and data cables organized in indoor and sheltered outdoor installations. The slim aluminium finish provides a discreet, professional appearance while the simple fastening principle allows quick mounting on suitable substrates.

Advantages

Made from durable aluminium, the clamp offers resistance to corrosion and long service life under normal environmental conditions. Its solid construction provides secure retention for cable bundles up to 25 mm in diameter, reducing movement and abrasion. The compact profile minimizes visual impact and saves space in cable runs. Installation is straightforward and compatible with common fixing methods, contributing to reduced installation time.

Suitable for

• Routing and securing electrical wiring in commercial and residential buildings
• Fastening audio/video and signal cables in studios and media installations
• Organizing data and network cable bundles in server rooms and IT closets
• Securing cable runs in workshops, machinery enclosures and control panels

Key specifications

• Material: aluminium for corrosion resistance and mechanical stability
• Maximum cable bundle diameter: 25 mm
• Design: single clamp profile with firm retention
• Finish: natural aluminium appearance
• Operating environment: indoor and sheltered outdoor use (avoid direct exposure to aggressive chemicals unless specified)

How to use

Select a clamp location where the substrate provides adequate mechanical support. Place the cable bundle inside the clamp opening and position the clamp so that the cables sit centrally within the curved profile. Fasten the clamp to the substrate using a suitable screw or bolt appropriate for the mounting surface and expected load; ensure the chosen fastener does not deform the clamp. Verify that the clamp holds the cables firmly without pinching insulation and that cable bend radii meet the requirements of the cable manufacturer and applicable installation standards.

Recommendations

For best results, avoid overtightening the fastener to prevent aluminum deformation and cable damage. When used outdoors, choose installation locations sheltered from direct weather exposure and regularly inspect for corrosion or loosening. Match clamp spacing to the type and weight of cables—heavier or longer cable runs require more frequent support. Follow applicable electrical and building codes for cable fastening and routing.
