Káblový plášť DeLOCK 20883 modrý polyester 2,6 cm priemer 5000 mm dĺžka

The DeLOCK 20883 cable sleeve is a woven polyester sleeve designed to bundle and protect exposed cables, electrical tubes and wires. With an inner diameter of 2.6 cm and a length of 5000 mm, the sleeve provides mechanical protection against abrasion and dirt and offers increased flame resistance thanks to its special continuous mono- and multifilament fibres. It is suitable for a wide temperature range and helps organise wiring in industrial, commercial or home installations.

Advantages

The woven construction with continuous fibres increases abrasion resistance and flame retardancy while remaining flexible. The sleeve is self-closing, allowing cables to be added or removed multiple times without additional fasteners. It can be shortened to the required length using a hot cutting tool to prevent fraying.

Suitable for

• Bundling and protecting electrical cables and wires
• Organising cable runs in installations and machinery
• Protecting cables from dirt and mechanical wear
• Applications requiring a temperature-resistant sleeve

Key specifications

• Brand: DELOCK
• Model / MPN: 20883
• Material: Polyester (woven mono- and multifilament fibres)
• Colour: Blue
• Inner diameter: 2.6 cm
• Length: 5000 mm
• Operating temperature range: -50 °C to 150 °C
• Self-closing and cuttable

How to use

Slide the sleeve over the cable bundle; the woven self-closing design will contract around the cables. Add or remove individual cables as needed by expanding the sleeve at the entry point. If a shorter length is required, use a hot cutting tool to cut the sleeve to size and seal the cut edge to avoid unraveling.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, select a sleeve diameter that fits comfortably around the cable bundle without excessive compression. When cutting, use a proper hot knife or similar tool and allow the cut edge to cool before handling. Avoid exposure to open flames and check compatibility with any specific regulatory or fire-safety requirements in your installation.
