• Professional wiring in small commercial or office environments
• Broadband RF and satellite intermediate frequency (IF) systems

Key specifications

• Frequency range: 5–2400 MHz
• Housing material: stainless steel
• Packaging: blister pack
• Application: coaxial RF signal splitting for TV, cable, satellite IF and broadband
• Typical installation: indoor or sheltered outdoor use

How to use

Install the Televes 543702 cable splitter in-line with the coaxial cable system, ensuring connectors are properly mated and tightened to avoid signal loss. Place the splitter in a secure, dry location or in a weather-protected enclosure if installed outdoors. Verify correct signal levels at outputs after connection and adjust downstream amplifiers or attenuators as needed to maintain required signal quality across all endpoints.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use high-quality coaxial cables and connectors rated for the full 5–2400 MHz range. Avoid excessive cable lengths and unnecessary connectors between the source, splitter, and end devices. When used in environments exposed to moisture or corrosive conditions, mount the splitter inside a protective box or enclosure to extend service life and preserve signal integrity.
