Káblový spoj ShiverPeaks BS50100 6,3 mm čierny

The ShiverPeaks BS50100 6.3 mm black wire connector is a single male terminal designed for making reliable electrical connections in audio, video and general electronic assemblies. The connector features a 6.3 mm diameter male spade suitable for standard female terminals and is finished in black to blend with equipment panels or wiring harnesses. Supplied individually, this connector is intended for situations where a compact, sturdy connection point is required and where colour matching or discrete appearance is preferred.

Advantages

The connector combines a standardized 6.3 mm male spade geometry with a durable construction to provide consistent contact and mechanical stability. Its black finish reduces visual contrast on dark panels and wiring looms, and the single-piece supply makes it easy to purchase only the quantity needed. The design supports repeatable mating cycles and is compatible with common female terminals used in consumer and professional audio/video equipment.

Suitable for

• Replacing or extending connections on speakers, amplifiers and audio equipment
• Internal wiring in AV racks, mixers and home theatre systems
• General purpose electrical connections in DIY electronics and small appliances
• Temporary or modular wiring where quick disconnects are needed

Key specifications

• Connector type: male spade (6.3 mm)
• Colour: black
• Supply: single unit
• Compatibility: mates with standard 6.3 mm female terminals
• Typical use: audio/video and general electrical connections

How to use

Strip the insulation from the wire to the recommended conductor length for the chosen crimp or solder method. Insert the conductor into the connector barrel and terminate according to the connector’s construction — either by crimping with a suitable crimp tool or by soldering if the connector permits. Once terminated, align the 6.3 mm male spade with the corresponding female terminal and push until fully seated to ensure a secure electrical and mechanical connection. Inspect the finished joint for proper insulation coverage and mechanical strain relief.

Recommendations

For reliable results use appropriately sized female terminals and a matched crimp tool to avoid loose connections. Where vibration or frequent mating cycles occur, verify the connection periodically and consider additional insulation or strain relief to protect the termination.
