Káblový spoj ShiverPeaks BS50600 6,3 mm nerez

The ShiverPeaks BS50600 Wire Connector is a 6.3 mm male connector constructed from stainless steel for reliable electrical connections. Designed for applications in audio and video cabling as well as general electrical interconnects, this single-piece connector provides corrosion resistance and mechanical durability. The connector’s stainless steel finish offers a compact profile suitable for installations where a robust metal contact is required.

Advantages

The stainless steel construction provides enhanced resistance to corrosion and wear compared with plated brass or softer metals. A 6.3 mm male contact dimension ensures compatibility with a wide range of industry-standard female sockets used in audio, video and electrical equipment. Supplied as an individual unit, the connector is convenient for repairs, custom wiring, and small-scale installations where single connectors are required.

Suitable for

• Audio equipment patching and speaker connections
• Video signal and accessory wiring
• General electrical interconnects in appliances and control panels
• Repair and replacement of individual connectors

Key specifications

• Contact type: 6.3 mm (male) connector
• Material: stainless steel contact and housing
• Finish: metallic stainless steel appearance
• Quantity: single connector per pack
• Category: suitable for audio & video cable connections and general electrical use

How to use

Prepare the cable by stripping the insulation to expose the conductor to the length recommended for the connector design. Insert the exposed conductor into the connector contact and secure according to the connector’s intended fixing method (crimp, solder or set-screw), following standard electrical safety practices. Once fitted, test the mechanical retention and electrical continuity before placing the equipment back into service.

Recommendations

Use with compatible 6.3 mm female sockets and ensure connections are made in dry, clean conditions to maintain corrosion resistance. For long-term installations in humid or corrosive environments, verify that stainless steel is an appropriate choice versus plated alternatives and periodically inspect connections for integrity.
