Káblový spoj ShiverPeaks BS50800 6,3 mm nerez

The ShiverPeaks BS50800 wire connector is a single 6.3 mm (female) connector manufactured from stainless steel for durable electrical connections. Designed for use where a robust, corrosion-resistant mating point is required, this connector offers a compact form factor for integration into audio, video and general electrical wiring applications. It is supplied as an individual unit and suited to setups that require a reliable female terminal with a stainless steel finish.

Advantages

The stainless steel construction provides high resistance to corrosion and mechanical wear, extending service life in demanding environments. The 6.3 mm female contact format ensures compatibility with a wide range of standard male terminals used in audio and electrical equipment. Its compact size and single-piece supply make it convenient for targeted repairs, custom assemblies or replacing worn terminals without changing harnesses.

Suitable for

• Audio equipment wiring and connector repair
• Video and AV installations requiring standard 6.3 mm terminals
• General electrical connections in appliances and control panels
• Custom cable assemblies and prototyping

Key specifications

• Connector type: female 6.3 mm
• Material: stainless steel
• Finish: metallic stainless steel colour
• Supply: single unit
• Typical use: panel or cable-mounted female terminal

How to use

Prepare the mating male terminal and ensure the wire and terminal sizes are compatible with a 6.3 mm female connector. Crimp or solder the appropriate conductor into the connector according to the selected assembly method and secure the joint with any required insulation or strain relief. Insert the male plug into the female connector until a firm contact is achieved. Follow standard safety practices by disconnecting power before installing or servicing electrical connections.

Recommendations

For best performance, use this stainless steel 6.3 mm female connector in dry or mildly humid environments and avoid exposure to aggressive chemicals. Verify mechanical fit with corresponding male terminals and apply suitable crimp tooling or soldering technique to ensure reliable conductivity and mechanical retention.
