Káblový spoj ShiverPeaks BS51200-M 3,5 mm nerez

The ShiverPeaks BS51200-M 3.5mm stainless steel wire connector is a straight-format audio connector designed for stable signal transmission and long-term reliability. Manufactured from corrosion-resistant stainless steel, this single-piece connector offers a compact footprint and a metal finish that matches professional audio equipment. It is meant for use where a durable, low-profile 3.5mm connection is required.

Advantages

The stainless steel construction provides resistance to wear and corrosion while maintaining mechanical strength. The straight 3.5mm form factor supports standard audio jacks and facilitates easy insertion and removal. Supplied as a single piece, the connector simplifies installation and reduces the need for additional assembly components. Its neutral metal finish integrates well with a wide range of audio devices.

Suitable for

• Repairing or replacing 3.5mm audio jacks on headphones and portable audio players
• Custom audio cable assemblies and DIY wiring projects
• Equipment requiring a durable, corrosion-resistant connector in constrained spaces
• Professional and consumer audio setups where a straight connector is preferred

Key specifications

• Connector type: 3.5mm straight audio connector
• Material: stainless steel body
• Finish: metal (stainless)
• Pack quantity: single piece
• Form factor: straight for inline connections

How to use

Prepare the cable by stripping insulation to the required length and tinning conductor ends if applicable. Insert conductors into the connector according to the wiring convention of your device, then secure them using the connector's mechanical or soldering method appropriate for this model. After assembly, test the connection in the target device to confirm signal continuity and correct channel mapping. Ensure the connector is fully seated in the mating socket to avoid intermittent contacts.

Recommendations

For reliable long-term performance, use this stainless steel connector in dry environments or protected enclosures; if the application exposes connections to salt spray or heavy moisture, consider additional sealing or a dedicated waterproof solution. Avoid excessive bending at the cable exit to reduce mechanical stress on solder joints and wire terminations.
