Káblový viazač DeLOCK 18810 nerezová oceľ čierna 10 ks

The DeLOCK 18810 cable ties are made of durable stainless steel with a black finish. Each tie measures 300 mm in length and 4.6 mm in width; the pack contains 10 pieces. These cable ties provide high tensile strength, heat resistance and corrosion protection for secure and long-lasting bundling of cables, wires and tubes.

Advantages

Stainless steel construction offers excellent tensile strength and resistance to high temperatures and corrosion. The black finish reduces visible reflections and helps the ties blend into darker installations. A self-locking ball lock enables secure fastening without additional hardware, and the compact design supports space-saving cable management.

Suitable for

• Bundling and organizing electrical cables and wires
• Securing tubes and hoses in automotive or industrial settings
• Outdoor and harsh-environment installations where corrosion resistance is required
• DIY projects and general fastening tasks requiring strong, permanent ties

How to use

Insert the tail of the cable tie through the self-locking ball lock and pull to tighten around the bundle until the desired tension is reached. For consistent tension and a neat finish, use a suitable stainless steel cable tie installation tool. If necessary, trim the excess tail with cutters designed for metal ties. Once fastened, the ties form a permanent, secure hold.

Recommendations

For best results, choose a tie length and quantity appropriate to the bundle diameter and use an installation tool to ensure uniform tension and clean cutting; inspect periodically in high-vibration or high-temperature environments.
