Adjust the chair height using the gas lift lever so your feet rest flat on the floor and your knees sit at approximately a 90° angle. Use the tilt adjustment to set a comfortable recline and lock it at the preferred angle for support during different tasks. Adjust the seat depth to ensure adequate thigh support without pressure behind the knees. Position the headrest and lumbar support using their three adjustment options to align with the cervical spine and lower back. Set the 3D armrests to the appropriate height, width or angle so your forearms rest comfortably while typing or using a mouse.

Recommendations

For prolonged comfort, periodically change sitting posture, take short breaks to stand or walk, and fine-tune lumbar and headrest positions to match your natural spine curvature. Ensure the wheels are free from debris and the gas lift and adjustment mechanisms are used within the specified load capacity.
