Sigel DP680 A4 90 g/m² white office paper is designed for everyday printing, copying and general office tasks. The 90 g/m² weight provides a firmer feel than standard copy paper while remaining compatible with a wide range of laser and inkjet printers and copiers. The sheet surface is smooth to support sharp text and clear images, and the paper offers improved opacity to reduce show-through on both sides of the page.

Advantages

This office paper delivers consistent feed and reliable performance across high-throughput printers and multifunction devices. Its 90 g/m² density gives printed documents a professional touch and better handling during sorting and filing. The smooth surface supports crisp print quality for text, charts and simple graphics, while good opacity minimizes interference from content printed on the reverse side.

Suitable for

• Everyday office printing and copying
• Internal reports, memos and meeting materials
• Mailings, envelopes and administrative forms
• Presentations and handouts where heavier paper feel is preferred

Key specifications

• Format: A4 (210 x 297 mm)
• Weight: 90 g/m²
• Color: white
• Surface: smooth, suitable for laser and inkjet printing
• Opacity: improved to reduce show-through

How to use

Store the paper in a dry, cool environment away from direct sunlight to maintain flatness and printability. Load the paper stack into the printer or copier tray according to the device manufacturer’s recommendations, aligning guides to prevent skewing. Use standard print settings for plain paper with appropriate paper weight selection if available. Allow freshly printed sheets a moment to dry before stacking to avoid smudging on inkjet prints.

Recommendations

For best results, use this paper in regular office laser printers and inkjet devices without heavy coatings or specialty print modes. When printing double-sided, select a duplex setting and check test pages to ensure correct orientation and minimal show-through. Avoid using in devices that require very high-temperature or specialty media specifications.
