Kávovar Sage 1,4 L Bambino

The Sage 1.4 L Bambino espresso machine delivers third-wave specialty coffee at home by combining a commercial-style 54 mm portafilter with a 19 g dose, a powerful steam wand for true microfoam and a rapid ThermoJet heating system that heats up in 3 seconds. Designed for manual brewing with a 1.4 L water tank and stainless steel finish, the Bambino supports one- and two-cup volumetric control and produces rich, full-flavoured espresso shots.

Advantages

The ThermoJet heating system reaches the optimum extraction temperature in 3 seconds. A 54 mm portafilter and 19 g dosing deliver full-bodied flavour while Digital Temperature Control (PID) and low-pressure pre-infusion followed by high-pressure extraction ensure precise espresso extraction. The powered steam wand generates microfoam at approximately 93°C for latte art. One-touch 1- and 2-cup volumetric control, plus steam and hot water functions, simplify operation.

Suitable for

• Home users who want café-style espresso and milk-based drinks
• Enthusiasts seeking precise temperature and pressure control for consistent extraction
• Users preparing one or two cups at a time with manual dosing

• Portafilter size: 54 mm (commercial style)

How to use

Fill the 1.4 L water tank and preheat the machine using the ThermoJet system (ready in approximately 3 seconds). Dose 19 g of freshly ground coffee into the 54 mm portafilter, tamp evenly and lock into the group head. Use the one-touch button for a single or double cup extraction; the PID control maintains the correct brew temperature while low-pressure pre-infusion primes the puck before high-pressure extraction. Use the steam wand to texture milk until silky microfoam is achieved; a milk jug is required but sold separately.

Recommendations

Use freshly ground specialty coffee and a 19 g dose in the 54 mm portafilter for best flavour. Purge the steam wand before and after steaming and perform regular descaling and cleaning according to the manufacturer’s instructions to maintain performance.
