Kefový panel Equip 10" 1U čierny oceľ 25,4 mm šírka

The Equip 10" Brush Panel, 1U, in black is a compact steel panel designed for efficient cable management in server racks and network cabinets. Fitting into a 1U rack space, the panel features dense flexible nylon bristles that allow cables to pass while reducing dust ingress and maintaining an orderly appearance. With dimensions suited for a 10" opening and a steel construction, it provides a durable and professional-looking solution for rack installations.

Advantages

The brush panel is made of steel for robust mechanical strength and long-lasting use. Flexible nylon bristles permit cables of various diameters to pass through while limiting the entry of dust and debris. Its black finish integrates visually with standard rack equipment and helps protect cable jackets from abrasion at the rack opening.

Suitable for

• Server racks and cabinets in data centers
• Network closets and telecommunications enclosures
• Cable entry and exit points where dust protection is needed

How to use

Install the brush panel into an available 1U slot in the server rack or cabinet using standard rack-mount screws. Route cables through the bristles so they pass cleanly through the panel; the bristles will flex to accommodate different cable bundles and maintain dust protection. Ensure cables are secured inside the rack to avoid undue strain at the entry point.

Recommendations

For best results, group cables by type and secure them with ties or Velcro inside the rack before passing them through the panel. Periodically inspect and remove accumulated dust from the bristles to maintain airflow and protection.
