Place the laptop in the aluminium cradle and adjust the security arms to fit the device snugly. Ensure scratch-resistant bumpers contact the laptop surfaces to prevent marks. Insert and turn the MicroSaver 2.0 round key lock into its receptacle to secure the laptop to the station. The design allows access to side ports while the laptop remains locked in place. Keep the key in a secure location and test the lock engagement after installation.
Use the locking station on stable, level surfaces in supervised or public environments. Regularly inspect the bumpers and lock mechanism for wear and clean the aluminium surfaces with a soft, dry cloth. Retain the key separately from the laptop and consider key management best practices in multi-user settings.
