Its planetary mixing action ensures even ingredient incorporation with minimal effort, and the tilt-head design provides convenient access to the bowls and attachments. Including two bowls (4.8L and 3L) and a pouring shield reduces interruptions during multi-part recipes. The motor’s direct drive and ten speed settings allow precise control for a wide range of preparations.

How to use

Fit the required attachment (whisk, flat beater or dough hook) to the hub and lower the tilt head to lock it in place. Add ingredients to the stainless-steel bowl and use the lever to select a speed between 1 and 10 based on the recipe. Use lower speeds for delicate folding and higher speeds for whipping or kneading. The pouring shield helps add ingredients without splatter. After use, remove attachments and bowls; place the stainless-steel parts in the dishwasher and wipe the mixer body with a damp cloth.

Recommendations

For best results, start mixing at a low speed when combining dry and wet ingredients, then gradually increase to the recommended speed. Use the 3L bowl for smaller preparations or when you need a second mixture ready. Store attachments dry and follow the five-year warranty terms for maintenance guidelines.
