Klauke 210R12 hliníkové kompresné káblové oko 150 mm² M12, balenie 4 ks

For electricians terminating large aluminium conductors in industrial power distribution, the Klauke 210R12 compression cable lug provides a reliable, high-conductivity connection. Each lug is precision-machined from high-purity aluminium, ensuring optimal compatibility with stranded aluminium cables up to 150 mm². The standard tubular barrel accepts the conductor securely, while the 12 mm bolt hole (M12) fits common switchgear and busbar terminals. Supplied in a pack of 4, these lugs are ideal for maintenance crews and panel builders who need consistent, code-compliant terminations on every job.

Why choose it

Klauke's 210R series is engineered for dependable performance in demanding electrical environments. The natural aluminium finish provides excellent corrosion resistance without additional coatings, maintaining low contact resistance over time. The tubular barrel design ensures uniform compression when used with the appropriate crimping die, creating a gas-tight connection that prevents oxidation and extends service life. With a wide operating temperature range, these lugs perform reliably in both cold storage facilities and high-temperature industrial settings.

Ideal use cases

• Terminating aluminium feeders in switchgear and distribution panels
• Connecting large aluminium conductors to busbars or circuit breakers
• Industrial machinery power supply connections
• Renewable energy installations (solar, wind) with aluminium cabling
• Utility and infrastructure projects requiring robust, long-lasting terminations

Good to know

Always use a crimping tool and die set specifically rated for 150 mm² aluminium conductors to achieve a proper, code-compliant compression. The lugs are intended for use with stranded aluminium conductors only; do not use with copper conductors. Inspect the barrel and palm for damage before installation, and follow local electrical codes for torque values on the bolt connection.
