Kliešte Knipex 35 82 145

The Knipex 35 82 145 precision pliers are designed for fine assembly work in electronics and precision mechanics. Made of special forged, oil-hardened tool steel with a blue-and-red plastic handle, these 145 mm pliers provide a comfortable grip and reliable leverage for gripping, holding and bending small parts. The smooth ground gripping surfaces and carefully deburred edges help protect delicate components during use.

Advantages

A sturdy, zero-backlash box joint ensures precise, stable movement. A low-friction double spring provides gentle and even opening action. The polished or mirror-polished finish (mirror polish available for finish 2) combined with a fine film of oil offers effective rust protection while avoiding circuit faults caused by peeling chrome on plated tools. Overall construction and material selection deliver long service life for precision tasks.

How to use

Hold the pliers by the insulated plastic handles and position the smooth jaws around the component or wire to be gripped. Use steady pressure to grip, hold or bend small parts; the zero-backlash box joint provides precise control. Allow the low-friction double spring to open the pliers between operations for controlled handling. Avoid excessive force beyond the tool's intended precision use to prevent damage to the jaws.

Recommendations

Store the pliers in a dry place after use; keep the polished surface lightly oiled for continued rust protection. Do not use these precision pliers for heavy cutting or prying tasks for which they are not designed.
