Kliešte Knipex 97 52 33

The Knipex 97 52 33 pliers are precision crimping pliers made from chrome vanadium electric steel with oil hardening, designed for reliable repetitive crimping. At 220 mm length and 478 g weight, they combine compact dimensions with durable construction and an ergonomically shaped blue-and-red handle for comfortable use in workshop and field tasks.

Advantages

These crimping pliers provide consistent high-quality crimps thanks to precision dies and an integral self-releasing lock mechanism. Crimping pressure is factory-calibrated and can be re-adjusted if required. A toggle lever ensures efficient transmission of force and reduces operator fatigue, while the favourable handle position, low weight and compact design improve handling.

Suitable for

• Electrical and electronic crimping work
• Workshop and maintenance tasks requiring insulated connector crimps
• Field service and mobile repairs where compact, durable tools are needed

How to use

Select the correct die position for the connector, insert the stripped conductor into the terminal, place the terminal between the crimping dies and squeeze the handles evenly until the self-releasing mechanism opens. If necessary, adjust the calibrated crimping pressure following the manufacturer's instructions to ensure correct crimp quality for the specific connector and conductor size.

Recommendations

For safe and consistent results, check calibration periodically, use the pliers only on connectors and conductor sizes within the tool's intended range, and avoid using the tool on hardened materials or cutting tasks. Store the pliers dry and apply light oiling to the hinge after prolonged use.
