Klietková matica Rittal M8 pre systém TS, sivá, 50 ks

Cage nut Rittal M8 for TS system, grey, 50 pcs is a set of fifty captive nuts designed for use with Rittal TS enclosures and server racks. Each cage nut provides an M8 threaded connection that enables secure fastening of mounting rails, equipment shelves, panels and other rack-mounted components. The set is supplied in grey finish and is intended for installation, retrofit and maintenance work in electrical cabinets and IT racks. The pack weight is approximately 450 g and the individual nuts are sized to fit standard square-hole mounting rails of the TS system.

Advantages

The cage nuts offer a reliable M8 thread that simplifies attachment of hardware without the need to align nut and bolt behind the mounting rail. Their captive design allows quick insertion and removal during assembly or service, reducing installation time. Grey finish provides neutral appearance and corrosion-resistant performance suitable for indoor cabinet environments. Supplied in a pack of 50, the set supports larger assembly and maintenance tasks without frequent restocking.

How to use

To install, press each cage nut into a compatible square hole on the TS mounting rail until it snaps into place and the captive sides secure the nut. Insert an M8 screw or bolt through the mounting bracket or rail and tighten to the required torque for the attached component. For removal, depress the retaining tabs and pull the nut out of the rail. Use appropriate tools and follow the equipment manufacturer's guidance on torque limits to avoid thread or rail damage.

Recommendations

Use matching M8 bolts or screws specified for cabinet and rack installations and apply the manufacturer-recommended torque values. Store the pack in a dry indoor location and keep spare nuts available for retrofit or maintenance to minimise downtime.
