Klingspor 260366 NRO 500 brúsny rúrkový kotúč, 115 mm x 10 m, stredné zrno, karbid kremíka, 1 rolka

In metalworking shops and fabrication facilities, achieving a uniform satin finish on stainless steel or removing light burrs from aluminum parts demands an abrasive that is both aggressive and flexible. The Klingspor NRO 500 non-woven abrasive roll delivers consistent results on flat or contoured surfaces, making it a go-to choice for professionals who hand-sand or use inline sanders. With a width of 115 mm and a length of 10 meters, this roll offers ample material for multiple projects, while the medium silicon carbide grit cuts efficiently without gouging the workpiece.

Key specifications

• Abrasive material: Silicon carbide (SiC)
• Grit grade: Medium
• Roll width: 115 mm
• Roll length: 10000 mm (10 m)

Why choose it

The open, non-woven structure resists loading, so the abrasive stays sharp longer when working with aluminum, plastics, or composites. The flexible fleece backing conforms to irregular shapes, reducing the risk of over-grinding edges or corners. Waterproof construction allows wet or dry use, and the resin bond provides durability for extended hand or machine sanding sessions.

Ideal use cases

• Surface finishing and satin finishing on stainless steel and non-ferrous metals
• Cleaning and deburring of machined parts
• Matting and blending of welds or scratches
• Preparation of surfaces for painting or coating
• Hand sanding or use with appropriate inline sanders

Good to know

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain the flexibility of the non-woven backing. For best results, use light to moderate pressure and allow the abrasive to do the work. This roll can be cut to custom lengths for specific applications, and the medium grit is suitable for intermediate finishing steps before final polishing.
