Koaxiálny anténny kábel ShiverPeaks 80014-3 100% tienený, 75 dB útlm, kompatibilný s BK

Coaxial antenna cable ShiverPeaks 80014-3 is a 3.0 m, BK-compatible coax designed for reliable RF signal transmission between antennas, receivers and set-top boxes. The cable features full 100% shielding and measured attenuation of 75 dB to minimise external interference and prevent ground loops in terrestrial TV, satellite IF runs and other antenna installations that require robust electromagnetic protection.

Advantages

The cable’s continuous shielding provides consistent attenuation across the length, reducing ingress from nearby transmitters and electrical equipment. BK compatibility ensures straightforward integration with wall sockets and standard antenna equipment. A flexible white jacket and standard impedance make installation easier in domestic and professional environments while maintaining signal integrity over the specified length.

Suitable for

• Terrestrial TV antenna connections
• Satellite intermediate frequency (IF) cable runs
• Connections between antennas and set-top boxes or receivers
• Installations requiring protection against electromagnetic interference and ground loops

Key specifications

• Connector compatibility: BK-standard coax connections suitable for common antenna sockets
• Shielding: 100% continuous electromagnetic shielding
• Shielding/attenuation: 75 dB
• Length: 3.0 metres
• Outer jacket colour: white
• Impedance: standard 75 ohm for TV and satellite equipment

How to use

Route the coaxial cable between the antenna and the receiving equipment avoiding tight bends and sharp edges. Connect BK-compatible plugs to the antenna socket and the receiver or set-top box, ensuring secure threaded or push-on contacts depending on the connector type. Keep the cable run as short as practical to preserve signal strength and use appropriate strain relief at connection points to prevent mechanical stress on the connectors.

Recommendations

For best performance, avoid running the cable in parallel with mains power lines and keep it away from heavy machinery or strong RF sources. Where longer runs are required, consider using a distribution amplifier or a cable with lower insertion loss to compensate for signal attenuation. Inspect connectors periodically for corrosion and ensure tight connections.
