Koaxiálny kábel Hama 00205047 5 m biely koaxiálny konektor

The Hama 00205047 5 m white coaxial cable is a purpose-built connection lead for audio and video equipment that require a standard coaxial interface. With coaxial connectors on both ends and a 5-metre length, the cable provides a straightforward wired path for analogue TV signals, set-top boxes, radio receivers and other AV devices. The white jacket offers a neutral aesthetic that integrates with residential or office installations while keeping the connector ends exposed for simple plug-in use.

Advantages

This coaxial cable delivers stable signal transmission over a 5 m run with low susceptibility to external electromagnetic interference thanks to its shielded construction. The pre-assembled coaxial connectors simplify installation and eliminate the need for on-site terminating. The white outer sheath is flexible enough for routing along skirting boards or behind entertainment units while maintaining an unobtrusive visual appearance.

Suitable for

• Connecting set-top boxes to TVs or wall outlets
• Linking radio tuners and FM receivers
• Extending existing coaxial runs within living rooms, bedrooms or conference rooms
• Temporary AV setups for presentations or events

Key specifications

• Cable length: 5 metres
• Cable colour: white
• Connector type: coaxial connectors on both ends
• Intended signal: audio and video (analogue RF/coaxial)
• Construction: shielded coaxial cable with flexible outer jacket

How to use

Align the coaxial connector with the mating socket on your television, tuner or wall outlet and push or screw the connector in until it is securely seated, depending on the connector style. Ensure the cable is routed without sharp bends or kinks and avoid placing heavy objects on the cable to maintain signal integrity. For longer runs or complex installations, verify signal strength after connection and adjust routing to reduce interference if necessary.

Recommendations

For best performance, use the cable for runs up to 5 metres in typical home and office environments. Keep the cable away from power lines and large electrical appliances to reduce potential interference. When hiding the cable behind furniture or within cable ducts, maintain gentle curves and avoid crushing the jacket to preserve the shielding and connector reliability.
