Koaxiálny kábel ShiverPeaks 15-4005506, 4-násobné tienenie, 110 dB, 50 m

Coaxial cable ShiverPeaks 15-4005506 is a 50 m SAT/TV cable engineered for satellite and terrestrial signal distribution. The cable features fourfold shielding and provides 110 dB screening effectiveness to minimise external interference and reduce signal loss over long runs. It is intended for antenna installations, multiswitch systems and for linking receivers or set-top boxes in residential and small commercial environments.

Advantages

The fourfold shield construction improves immunity to electromagnetic and radio-frequency interference, maintaining signal quality across extended cable lengths. A 50 m spool offers flexibility for routing and installation in larger rooms or between equipment racks. The cable’s construction is suitable for typical indoor and protected outdoor routing where stable SAT/TV signal transmission is required.

Suitable for

• Connecting satellite dishes to multiswitches and receivers
• Terrestrial antenna signal distribution within homes and small commercial premises
• Long cable runs where high screening effectiveness is required to prevent interference
• Linking set-top boxes, TV tuners and related AV equipment

Key specifications

• Cable length: 50 m
• Shielding: fourfold shield
• Screening effectiveness: 110 dB
• Intended use: SAT/TV signal distribution
• Suitable environments: indoor and protected outdoor routing

How to use

Prepare the cable ends by stripping the outer jacket, taking care not to damage the dielectric or inner conductor. Fit appropriate F-type or other compatible coaxial connectors, crimp or screw them according to the connector manufacturer’s instructions, and ensure the shield layers are properly terminated to maintain the screening effectiveness. Route the cable avoiding sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic noise; secure with clips or ties designed for coaxial cable. Connect one end to the satellite dish, antenna or multiswitch and the other end to the receiver or set-top box, then verify signal levels and adjust connectors if necessary.

Recommendations

For best results, use quality F-type connectors and check connections with a signal meter when installing long runs. Avoid running the cable in parallel with power lines for extended distances to minimise induced interference. For outdoor exposure, protect terminations and any exposed cable with weatherproofing materials appropriate for coaxial cable.
