Koaxiálny kábel Televes SK 6F PLUS-B 250 m 1,0/4,6 mm trojité tienenie

Televes SK 6F PLUS-B coaxial cable on a 250 m reel is a triple-shielded cable with a 1.0 mm solid conductor and a total diameter of 4.6 mm. It is designed for distribution of television, satellite and broadband signals where low attenuation and robust shielding are required. The cable is suitable for both indoor and outdoor runs and provides consistent electrical performance for extended cable lengths used in residential and professional installations.

Advantages

The SK 6F PLUS-B cable features a triple-shield construction that reduces electromagnetic interference and improves immunity to external noise. Its 1.0 mm conductor and optimized dielectric result in lower signal loss across VHF, UHF and satellite frequency bands. The 4.6 mm overall diameter balances flexibility and mechanical strength, making the cable easier to route while maintaining durability for long runs and repeated handling during installation.

Suitable for

• Distribution of terrestrial TV and cable TV signals
• Satellite downlink connections and multiswitch installations
• Broadband internet and CATV signal distribution
• Indoor wiring, cable ducts and protected outdoor routes
• Long cable runs in residential and professional installations

Key specifications

• Reel length: 250 m
• Conductor diameter: 1.0 mm (solid)
• Overall cable diameter: 4.6 mm
• Shielding: triple shield for enhanced EMI protection
• Frequency range: suitable for VHF, UHF and satellite bands
• Application: TV, satellite, broadband/CATV distribution
• Installation: indoor and outdoor (in protected routes)

How to use

Cut the cable to the required length and strip the outer jacket, shields and dielectric according to the connector manufacturer's instructions. Use compatible F-type or other approved connectors for satellite and TV equipment, ensuring proper contact with the central conductor and secure connection of the outer shield. Route the cable avoiding sharp bends and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight when installed outdoors; secure the cable with appropriate clips or ties and maintain recommended bend radius to prevent damage to the dielectric and conductor.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use connectors and tools designed for 4.6 mm coaxial cables and verify continuity and attenuation with appropriate test equipment after installation. When running the cable outdoors, place it in conduit or a UV-protected path if exposed to sunlight for prolonged periods. Avoid grounding loops and keep signal and power cables separated to minimize interference.
