Koaxiálny konektor typu F ShiverPeaks BS15-300314

The ShiverPeaks BS15-300314 F-type coaxial connectors are engineered to provide secure, consistent connections for coaxial cables used in audio, video and broadcast systems. Supplied in packs of 10, these connectors feature the standard F-type threaded interface on both ends to ensure compatibility with satellite receivers, cable TV outlets, set-top boxes and other RF equipment. Designed for straightforward installation on standard coaxial cable, the connectors aim to deliver low-loss signal transfer and mechanical stability for home entertainment and professional installations.

Advantages

These F-type connectors offer a threaded coupling for reliable mechanical retention and repeatable electrical contact. The design supports common coaxial cable sizes and is intended to minimize signal attenuation and impedance mismatch when installed correctly. Supplied in a multi-pack of ten, they reduce the need to purchase individual connectors for multiple terminations and are suitable for both new installations and maintenance tasks.

Suitable for

• Connecting satellite receivers and LNBs
• Terminating cable television (CATV) lines
• Hooking up set-top boxes and digital TV tuners
• Home theatre and audio/video distribution systems
• Repairs and replacements in residential coaxial networks

Key specifications

• Connector type: F-type coaxial connector with threaded coupling
• Pack quantity: 10 connectors per pack
• Intended cable compatibility: standard coaxial cable used for RF, satellite and cable TV
• Contact interface: centre conductor contact designed for reliable RF signal transmission
• Mechanical features: threaded outer coupling for secure attachment

How to use

Prepare the coaxial cable by stripping the outer jacket, braid and dielectric to the appropriate lengths for F-type termination. Insert the prepared cable into the connector so that the centre conductor engages the internal contact and the braid is positioned beneath the connector body. Secure the connector by threading it onto the mating F-type jack or, if the connector design requires crimping or compression, use the appropriate tool for that connector style. After installation, check for a firm mechanical connection and verify signal continuity with proper test equipment or by confirming expected audio/video reception.

Recommendations

For best results, use connectors matched to the specific coaxial cable diameter and follow cable preparation guidelines. Avoid excessive bending or stress at the termination point to maintain signal integrity. When installing multiple connectors, use a torque-controlled wrench on threaded F-type connections if precise torque is specified by the equipment manufacturer to prevent over-tightening.
