Konektor RJ45 GEMBIRD CAT7 8P8C pozlátený 15µm FTP/SFTP balenie 50 ks

GEMBIRD RJ45 CAT7 8P8C connectors are engineered for FTP and SFTP network cabling where high-speed, low-loss connections are required. Each connector in this pack of 50 features 15 µm gold-plated contacts that improve conductivity and resist corrosion. These RJ45 plugs are compatible with Cat7 cable assemblies and are intended for terminating or repairing cables used in homes, offices, server rooms and data centers. The product includes a two-year warranty.

Advantages

The 15 µm gold plating on contact pins provides stable signal transmission and increased contact durability. The design supports both FTP and SFTP cable shielding schemes, ensuring proper grounding and reduced electromagnetic interference. Supplied in a bulk pack of 50, the connectors simplify larger installation or maintenance jobs while keeping component consistency across multiple terminations.

How to use

Prepare the Cat7 FTP or SFTP cable by stripping the outer jacket and arranging the twisted pairs according to the required wiring standard (T568A or T568B). Ensure the cable shield is folded back or positioned as recommended for the connector design so that the connector makes proper contact with the cable shielding. Insert the conductor wires fully into the 8P8C contact slots until they reach the end of the plug, then crimp using an appropriate professional RJ45 crimp tool designed for shielded plugs. Verify continuity and pair integrity with a network cable tester before deployment.

Recommendations

For reliable long-term performance, use a crimping tool rated for shielded RJ45 plugs and test each terminated cable. When working with SFTP cables, ensure the shield is electrically connected through the connector to maintain effective EMI protection. Store unused connectors in a dry environment to prevent contamination of contact surfaces.
