Konektor ShiverPeaks BS55220 4-polový skrutkovací s ochranou proti zlomeniu

The ShiverPeaks BS55220 4-pole screwable connector with kink protection is a compact connector designed for secure electrical and signal connections. It provides four contact poles with screw termination for reliable conductor clamping and includes integrated kink protection to reduce bending stress at the cable exit. The connector is intended for use where a small, sturdy 4‑pole interface is required and where strain relief improves long-term connection stability.

Advantages

This connector combines screw termination with a compact housing and built-in kink protection so that conductors remain securely fastened and cable strain is minimised. The four-pole layout supports separate signals or combined power and signal lines in a single compact unit, and the screwable clamps allow straightforward installation and maintenance without special tools.

Suitable for

• Industrial control wiring and sensor connections
• Audio and signal cabling in installations
• Lighting systems and control panels
• Repair and custom cabling tasks that require a compact 4‑pole connector

Key specifications

• Contact count: 4 poles
• Termination type: screw clamps for solid and stranded conductors
• Strain relief: integrated kink protection at cable exit
• Housing: compact, robust design suitable for panel or inline use
• Intended use: electrical and signal connections in industrial and audio/lighting environments

How to use

Strip the cable conductors to the recommended length and insert each conductor into the corresponding pole opening. Tighten the screw clamps to secure the conductors, taking care not to over‑torque. Position the cable so that the integrated kink protection aligns with the cable bend area to reduce stress. After installation, verify electrical continuity and mechanical stability before applying full operational loads.

Recommendations

Use appropriately sized conductors and avoid exceeding the connector’s intended current and voltage limits. Regularly inspect the screw terminations for proper tightness in vibration-prone environments and ensure the kink protection remains correctly positioned to maintain cable strain relief.
