Krabica na spisy WEDO 63 1801 akrylátové sklo čierna 96x20x96 mm

The WEDO file storage box 63 1801 is a compact organiser made from durable black acrylic glass with external dimensions of 96x20x96 mm. Designed for storing notes, small documents and index cards, it combines a slim footprint with a rigid construction that resists bending and maintains shape over repeated use. The transparent-black finish gives a discreet look while allowing visual identification of contents from certain angles.

Advantages

The acrylic construction offers durability and dimensional stability compared with thin plastic alternatives, ensuring long-term use without warping. Its compact dimensions fit on shelves, in drawers or on desks where space is limited. The smooth surfaces are easy to clean, and the monochrome finish integrates well into both home and office environments. The box’s form factor supports neat stacking and alignment with other desk organisers.

Suitable for

• Storing index cards, small notes and receipts
• Organising business cards and appointment reminders
• Keeping small documents or ticket stubs in one place
• Desktop organisation in home offices and reception areas

Key specifications

• Material: acrylic glass (black)
• External dimensions (W×H×D): 96 × 20 × 96 mm
• Finish: semi-transparent matte black
• Construction: single-piece rigid box designed for small-format paper items

How to use

Place the WEDO storage box on a flat surface such as a desk, shelf or inside a drawer. Insert folded notes, index cards, business cards or other small paper items vertically or horizontally depending on the thickness and orientation required. For easy access, leave a small gap at the top edge so papers can be removed without bending. Clean the surface with a soft cloth and mild detergent if necessary; avoid abrasive cleaners that can scratch the acrylic.

Recommendations

For efficient desk organisation, group related items (for example: invoices, receipts, and appointment cards) into separate boxes and label the front edge. Avoid placing heavy objects on top of the box to prevent stress on corners, and keep it away from direct heat sources to preserve material stability.
