How to use

Place a cutting board on a stable, clean surface before use. Assign different colours to specific food types to minimise the risk of cross-contamination. Use appropriate knives for cutting and avoid excessive force that could cause deep grooves. After use, rinse debris, wash with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly before storing. Avoid prolonged exposure to high heat to maintain board shape and performance.

Recommendations

The boards are suitable for routine kitchen tasks; inspect surfaces regularly for deep cuts and replace boards when grooves become difficult to clean. For heavy-duty chopping or exposure to hot pans, use purpose-designed boards or heat-resistant surfaces.
