Krájacia doska joseph joseph Cut&Carve Plus multifunkčná čierna

The joseph joseph Cut&Carve Plus Multi-functional Black chopping board provides a stable cutting surface with integrated features for carving and serving. Designed for everyday meal preparation and occasional roast carving, the board combines a non-slip base, deep juice groove and a detachable carving channel that helps collect juices and reduce mess. The compact footprint and durable construction make it suitable for home kitchens and small gatherings where clear separation of tasks and neat presentation are important.

Advantages

The board offers a stable, slip-resistant surface that keeps ingredients secure during cutting and carving. An integrated juice groove and detachable carving channel capture liquids to protect worktops and simplify cleanup. The multi-functional design allows the same surface to be used for chopping vegetables, carving meat and presenting sliced food, reducing the need for multiple boards. The black finish conceals stains and provides a neutral backdrop for serving.

How to use

Place the cutting board on a flat, dry surface and ensure the non-slip base is in contact with the countertop. Use the main cutting area for chopping and slicing; position the detachable carving channel or juice groove as needed to catch liquids while carving meat. After use, remove any trapped juices, wash the board with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly before storage. Avoid placing the board on very hot surfaces or exposing it to prolonged direct heat.

Recommendations

For hygiene and to minimise flavour transfer between foods, use this board for meat and carved items and use a separate board or rinsing between tasks when preparing raw fish or strong-smelling ingredients. Regular cleaning and drying will preserve the board’s appearance and performance.
