Krúžkový blok Herlitz 50043965 A4 viacfarebný D-krúžok FSC

The Herlitz A4 ring binder with D-ring mechanism combines practical document storage with a multicolour design and FSC Mix certification. Intended for standard A4 paperwork, this binder provides organised, flat filing with a durable D-shaped ring that supports efficient page turning and reduces page deformation. The cover material and construction are designed for everyday office, school and home use while the FSC Mix label indicates that the paperboard components come from responsibly managed forests and controlled sources.

Advantages

This Herlitz ring binder offers practical handling thanks to the D-ring mechanism which holds more sheets evenly compared with round rings, helping to keep documents flat and easier to browse. The multicolour cover aids in visual sorting and quick identification of subjects or projects. The binder is made with FSC Mix-certified board, giving an environmentally conscious option for users who prioritise responsible material sourcing. Sturdy cover construction and a reinforced spine contribute to long-term durability in daily use.

Suitable for

• Organising A4 reports, manuals and project files
• School and university coursework and handouts
• Office filing of invoices, contracts and presentations
• Home administration documents and reference collections

Key specifications

• Format: A4 document size compatibility
• Ring type: D-ring mechanism for even sheet distribution
• Cover: multicolour exterior for easy visual categorisation
• Certification: FSC Mix for responsible fibre sourcing
• Construction: rigid board covers with reinforced spine

How to use

Place your A4 documents onto the rings by opening the D-ring mechanism and aligning the punched holes with the rings. Close the rings fully to secure the pages and reduce movement. For best organisation, group documents by subject and use dividers or colour-coded inserts to separate sections. Store the binder upright on a shelf or flat in a drawer to preserve the integrity of the spine and covers.

Recommendations

Use hole-reinforcement labels for frequently handled pages to prevent tearing. Avoid overfilling beyond the binder's recommended capacity to maintain proper ring function and document flatness. Keep the binder away from prolonged exposure to moisture and direct sunlight to retain cover colours and board strength.
