Krúžkový blok HERMA 19169 A4 hnedý

The HERMA 19169 A4 ring binder is made of hard-wearing polypropylene and is intended for storing A4 documents. It features a durable 2-D-ring mechanism and a practical down clamp for reliable filing. The brown colour gives it a neutral, professional appearance suitable for office or home use.

Advantages

The polypropylene cover offers resistance to daily wear and keeps contents protected from dust and light handling. The special 2-D-ring mechanism enables easier insertion and removal of sheets compared with standard round rings, while the down clamp secures loose papers and prevents slipping. The binder accommodates multiple sheets for archiving and organised storage.

How to use

Open the 2-D-ring mechanism to insert punched A4 sheets, align documents on the rings and close the mechanism to lock them in place. Use the down clamp to press and secure loose or unpunched papers against the rings. Store the binder upright on a shelf or in a filing cabinet to keep documents flat and accessible.

Recommendations

For long-term archiving, distribute heavy contents across multiple binders to avoid overfilling; avoid exposure to direct sunlight for extended periods to preserve the brown cover colour.
