Krúžkový blok HERMA 20062 A4 viacfarebný D-krúžok

The HERMA 20062 A4 ring binder with a D-ring mechanism is made for storing and organizing A4 documents. Its multicolour cover provides a visually distinct option for sorting files by subject or priority. The binder is supplied as a single unit per pack and is suitable for office, school or home filing where easy page turning and clear separation of documents are needed.

Advantages

The D-ring mechanism allows pages to lie flatter and reduces page wear compared with round rings, making it easier to flip through large stacks of A4 paper. The multicolour cover helps with quick visual identification of contents. The binder is lightweight and designed for everyday handling, offering a practical solution for organizing reports, presentations and loose sheets.

How to use

Open the D-ring mechanism and insert punched A4 sheets or transparent pockets. Close the rings to secure the contents. For best results, arrange documents in sections before inserting to maintain logical order. Use the outside cover to label contents or attach an index sheet for quick reference.

Recommendations

Store the binder upright on a shelf to prevent warping and avoid overfilling beyond the ring capacity; this preserves the D-ring alignment and maintains smooth operation when turning pages.
