The Herlitz maX.file ring binder A4 Green is a practical solution for organising and storing A4 documents. Made with FSC-certified materials, this single-pack binder combines a crisp green cover with a durable ring mechanism to keep papers secure and accessible. It is suitable for everyday office filing, home paperwork and school materials where reliable document handling is required.

Advantages

The A4 format fits standard documents and the bright green finish makes folders easy to identify on shelves. Construction is designed for repeated use, providing long-term document protection.

Suitable for

• School and student notes
• Home paperwork and manuals
• Presentations and handouts

Key specifications

• Format: A4-compatible
• Cover colour: green
• Material sourcing: FSC-certified materials
• Closure: ring binder mechanism for punched sheets
• Pack quantity: one binder per pack

How to use

Open the ring mechanism and insert punched A4 sheets or punched plastic sleeves. Close the rings until they click to ensure sheets are held firmly. Clean the cover with a damp cloth if necessary.

Recommendations

Use standard A4 punched paper or compatible A4 punched sleeves for optimal fit. Avoid overfilling the rings beyond their capacity to prevent stress on the mechanism. Store in a dry environment away from direct sunlight to preserve the cover colour and material integrity.
